ACTIVITIES

The project outputs open a possibility of full re-socialisation of disabled persons. The computer and Internet connection enables them to develop both work and social contacts. To reach this goal, it is necessary:

• To generate the set of high quality re-qualification programmes for selected IST professions, in ODL form, deliverable via Internet (e-learning), with the final examinations and Certificate/Diploma issued by the recognised training institution. These programmes should respond the real market need.
• To offer the disabled persons the courses on profit-less basis, eventually subsidized from government programmes for creation of the new jobs.
• To guarantee the system of medical supervision of the health state during the healing process to prevent possible health state deterioration by the work overload or from the other reasons and to derive some recommendation on the training regime, which would enable to offer the courses to the community of stabilised disabled persons.
• In the collaboration with the Rehabilitation Centre to equip the training site, where the training process can be verified. To register and statistically evaluate the impact of the training to the health state of disabled with the aim to give some good reasons for the further dissemination of the system.

During 3 years of the project duration to verify the effects of the programme and its availability and/or the interest of the publics for this form of re-qualification. It is supposed that the consortium will collaborate after the end of the project to extend and update the training materials.
