RESULTS

The following project results will be available after the completion of the project:

• market study identifying the required professions for the existing market in IST services
• IST training curriculla and verified training materials in ODL form accessible via Internet, in English, Czech, Bulgarian, Slovak, Lithuanian and Latvian languages
• internal and/or external evaluation of the training materials
• pilot courses delivered in 3 Rehabilitation centres (Kladruby, CR, Jurmala, LV, and Košice, SK) with at least 90 re-qualifed persons, awarded by Certificate or Diploma; according to the complexity of the course
• experience of the rehabilitation specialists with the process expressed in the Recommendations for the training regime, and in the paper delivered at the international conference of Rehabilitation specialists
• draft of the model of the further collaboration of the project partners with the aim to update and extend regularly the training materials, business modell confirming the sustainability of the network operation
• results of the negotiation with the government (Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs) about the possible support of the re-qualified persons (subsidies for the purchase of the computer equipment, tax regime, etc.)
• model of the employment of trained persons by the brokerage company, experience generalised
