Institute of Mathematics, the Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS);

the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at the Sofia University

1984 - 1990 - involved in the Research
Group on Education at the Ministry of Education and BAS. Since that period
he has been guiding a team of Ph.D. students implementing Geomland, a language
based computer environment for exploratory teaching/learning geometry,
which in 1997 received the special reward of the Centre "Best practices
in education", USA.

1984- 1994 - Chair of the Educational
Computer Systems Laboratory.

1989 a lecturer in the
Training Course for Educational Specialists in the frames of the Intergovernmental
Informatics Programme - UNESCO, held in Varna, Bulgaria.
1991 participation in the UNESCO/UNDP
Project SYR/86/012 "Introduction of Informatics in Secondary Education"
a two-week Teacher Training Course of lectures in "Educational Informatics",
read in two Teacher Training Centres in Syria - Homs and Damascus.
1994 a lecturer in a summer
school in Antalia, Turkey, in the frames of a TEMPUS project.
1994, 1999 a lecturer in the
teacher training centres in Warsaw and Thorn, Poland
