CIST in cooperation with Department of IT delivers the following MSc programmes:
• Information and Communication Technologies
• Artificial Intelligence
• Management Information Systems
• Mobile technologies and distributed systems
• E-Business
• Bio and Medical Informatics

CIST initiated establishment of a new university faculty - Faculty of Applied Sciences, which should target most of the interdisciplinary areas of the 6FP and try to shorten the path from academic research to the business exploitation. The areas of education and research to be covered are: Knowledge Management and e-Learning, e-Business and e-Government, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Bio and Medical Informatics, Mobile Technologies, Media Arts and Technology, Educational Technologies, Knowledge Engineering, Large Scale Computing, Environmental Studies, etc.
