Creation of 9 Technology transfer centers in Bulgarian Universities is financed under the framework of PHARE Program. The main objective is to ensure promotion of higher growth innovation environment through improvement of the innovation infrastructure and know-how at national level and influx and wide diffusion of foreign innovation in the country and gradual development of local innovation capacity of European and global quality.

The TTCs will allow local service delivery and better response to the demands of the Bulgarian business and innovation community for new technologies and will serve as a basis for the future technology transfer network.

The panel session will be a kick-off meeting where the new centers will present their programs and discussion will be held on the approaches for fulfillment of their strategic objectives.
