1. What are the MSIS program tuition fees?

The total value of the MSIS for the complete 2-years program is USD 14 000, payable in four instalments of USD 3 500 each before the start of each semester. It is possible to attend single courses as an auditor for a fee of USD 1 200 per course.

2. How does an auditor differ from a regular student?

Auditors receive all teaching materials, participate in all class activities, but do not present assignments and do not sit on exams. They receive a Certificate of Attendance for each attended course from Stevens Institute of Technology.

3. What is the structure of course delivery?

All courses are organized in 6 weeks modules, including 2 weeks for individual preparation, two successive weekends of classes (Friday 14:00 – 17:00, Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 16:00) during the 3^rd and 4^th weeks and two additional weeks to prepare and present via e-mail final assignments and exams.

4. What is the overall duration of the program?

18 months. The program starts on January 8^th, 2007 and the last subject ends at the end of July 2009.

5. Could I take some courses at Stevens Institute in the USA?

Yes, there is an option to complete part of the studies at Stevens Institute in the USA.

6. Are there possibilities for financial assistance?

Yes, there are possibilities for bank loans for students. Specific information is to be obtained through the program administration.

7. When does the MSIS program start in 2006?

The start date for the new group of students is January 8^th, 2007. The current group of students, who have completed the first 5 subjects of the program, start their sixth subject the program on October 2^nd, 2006. After this date the classes for the two groups of students overlap in time.

8. How many new participants are expected to take part in the MSIS program?

The maximum number of regular students in a group is 25, plus 5 auditors.

9. Where will the face-to-face classes take place?

Face-to-face classes are provided at Sofia University, Sofia, Bulgaria.

10. What is the document that I shall receive at the end of my studies?

Original MSc diploma from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA.
