manager - someone in a position of responsibility in an organisation
executive (exec) - usually a manager at quite a high level

managing director, chief executive officer, CEO, chief executive - responsible

board of directors ( the board) - the people legally responsible for

executive directors - these are high-level managers of the company

chairperson - chairs or leads a board meetings
middle management - carry on the orders and report to the top management
front-line management ( first-line management) - directly responsible
for supervising employees
supervisor - one in charge of group of workers
fringe benefits - any kind of extra rewards given to an employee in addition
to his salary
delegate - to give some of one's duties and powers to a subordinate
