Form 3 consultancy groups representing the interests of Sofia and 2 other cities in Bulgaria. You will act as local advisors to international executives - representing KFC or McDonald's - who are interested in opening KFC and McDonald's outlets in Bulgaria. Write a presentation considering the following items:

• town, site selection, size of store, type of building;
• potential clientele;
• local eating habits and traditions;
• attitudes towards fast food restaurants;
• attitudes towards American products in general;
• competitors;
• menu adaptations;
• employees;
• obstacles to overcome;
• local suppliers.

In order to prepare the presentation you will need to find and read some additional materials about KFC and McDonald's.

The executives then will have to motivate their decision for accepting one offer or another.
