 Aims
 
  Coordinating the efforts of the parties concerned in establishing strategies for including new technologies in education;

  Exchange experience and ideas in distance learning – inclusion of the computer and communicational technologies, development and use of virtual educational resources

  Diffusion of effective technologies for distance learning;

  Development of mechanisms for increasing the quality of the distance learning;

  Discuss the problems of the organization, management and marketing of distance learning.

  School, high school, college and university teachers and lecturers, researchers from scientific institutes, centers and laboratories, students, representatives of the legislative and executive power, producers of telecommunication and computer resources for the education and representatives of other interested organizations.

  CD issue:

The requirements for the english version CD are the same. The interest in publishing in the CD-version should be stated before the beginning of the conference and submitted not later than May-28, 2004. The CD will be issued if a minimum of 30 publications are submitted.
