Case Studies

In Case part of Learning Objectives you receive the opportunity to take a look at some examples on the bases of the course into consideration. Its goal might be defined as Design, Implementation and Management of Distance Telematics Courses. In order to avoid the reader's frustration at that early stage, we will deliberately limited ourselves to the examples concerning only the design of telematics courses. In the space below some examples are presented as how learning objectives formulations might be look like. Certainly, the list should be extended.

  • Given the demands and requirements of management (faculty) board for designing of distance telematics course you should be able to correctly identify the target group.
  • Given a learning style questionnaire you should be able to distinguish correctly learning styles of the target group.
  • Given a prior knowledge check-lists you should be able to identify correctly the prior technology, instruction and management knowledge and skills of the target group.
  • Given information for learning styles and prior knowledge of the target group you should be able to design a tailor made structure of the course.
  • Given the target group information you should be able to write in a appropriate manner the learning objectives of the course according to the convention of the good learning objective definition.
  • Given the convention of the good learning objectives writing you should be able to define the course learning objective in the terms of the terminal behaviour, the conditions and the standard.
  • Given information for a target group profile and learning objectives you should be able to select the appropriate instructional strategy.
  • Given selected instructional strategy you should be able to find the relevant instructional methods and techniques.
