The proposed structure of the work-plan will contribute for achieving the REGGAE
objectives as well as for the sustainability and further usage of project results.
The overall performance of the project will be underpinned by the project management
and the following work packages:
- WP1: Survey on obstacles for researchers’ mobility;
- WP2: Career and mobility of researchers;
- WP3: Mobility centres collaboration;
- WP4: Dissemination and promotion;
- WP5: Management and control
The project life cycle will include three main phases:
- Preparation phase
- Core project implementation phase
- Dissemination
During the first phase, a desk research will be carried out as a basis for preparation
of the methodology and questionnaire for carrying out the planed survey. The draft questionnaire
and the methodology of the survey will be discussed at a project workshop. At this meeting will be
considered also the time frame of the other project activities and which inputs will be provided to
them from the survey. As a second important topic, at the workshop will be decided the structure of
the national reports of WP2, as well as a template for collecting best practice cases.
The second project phase will be focused on the actual implementation of the parallel surveys,
the collection and description of best practice cases, and the filling in the database. A joint workshop
will be carried out to discuss the national survey results and selected best practices. At this workshop it
will be discussed how to structure the Best practices guide.
The dissemination phase will include a series of seminars for dissemination of national best
practices and raising awareness of the different stakeholders on:
- the Charter and Code
- the researchers' mobility challenges
- the academia-industry mobility
- the role and practice of Mobility Centres.
Project will finish with a conference 'Europe cares for researchers'.
Within the project there will be sought collaboration with FP7 Mobility NCPs, ERA MORE members external of
the consortium, as well as industrial and research organizations in Europe.
