The forth Technology-enhanced Learning Enlargement workshop, organized traditionally in the frame of European network of excellence Kaleidoscope (http://www.noe-kaleidoscope.org), will join the European Day of the Entrepreneur 2007–Innovation and Entrepreneurship (25-26 October 2007, Sofia, Bulgaria).

The mission of the workshop is to:

• underline the scientific, practical and cultural contributions that Central and Eastern Europe can make to Technology Enhanced Learning;
• provide framework of recommendations for the TEL development in the Central and Eastern European countries;
• encourage knowledge and technology transfer between the researchers labs, business and end-users;
• stimulate interaction, collaboration and communication between researchers, policy makers, product & service providers and users & practitioners among Europe.

We invite you to share your experience, describe state-of-the-art activities, define specific existing problems, present current practices and outline the future potential of the region for the development of advanced TEL strategies and solutions.

The workshop addresses the wide public, involved in education and training: from academic researchers, PhD students, governmental and educational institutions, technology transfer centers, product & service providers to lecturers, students, teachers and trainers.
