MEETING VENUE
The E*CARE Final Conference will be held in Dedeman Trimontium Hotel, Plovdiv. The hotel is situated in the centre of the town. Convenient location, well-appointed conference halls and state-of-the-art equipment, experienced technicians, attention to every detail - these have turned Dedeman Trimontium Hotel into a preferred centre for holding various business meetings.

CIM WELCOME AND REGISTRATION DESK
The CIM Welcome Desk will be located next to the reception and will operate on 14 June. The CIM Registration Desk will be located next to the working hall. It will operate from Wednesday, 15 June and will stay open till the end of the Conference. Participants can address the CIM representatives for information on hotel accommodation, transportation, working program, social events.
PAYMENTS
Advance payments of hotel accommodation and transfers should be arranged to the CIM bank account indicated on the reservation form or by credit card. Please, find enclosed credit card authorization form.
On site payments should be settled upon arrival at the CIM Welcome Desk or Registration Desk in Dedeman Trimontium Hotel in cash or with credit cards.
Important note: All currency exchange charges and bank surcharges are to be covered by the participant.
PASSPORTS & VISAS
Only valid passports are required from all the EC countries. Delegates from countries where visa is normally required for entry to Bulgaria are reminded that they will need to obtain one from the appropriate Bulgarian Embassy/Consul. Please check at the nearest Bulgarian Embassy all the documents required for your country.
MONETARY SYSTEM
The national currency is the Bulgarian Lev. Bank notes of the following denominations are in circulation: 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 Levs. 1 Euro = 1, 95583 Levs.
CLIMATE
Moderate climate: mild spring and autumn, hot summer, cold snowy winters. The weather in the middle of June is warm and sunny. Daily temperatures range from 23 to 28o C.
