The project will be based on a management structure, comprising:
- Project Coordinator;
- Project Team;
- Project Steering Board;
- Work package Leaders
- Project Officers
The organisational structure allows efficient coordination at the different levels:
- Project level, which is handled by the Project Steering Board for strategic matters, and the Project Coordinator and the Project Officers - for operational matters.
- Work package level, which is handled by the Work Package Leaders.
