The project will be based on a management structure, comprising:

• Project Coordinator;
• Project Team;
• Project Steering Board;
• Work package Leaders
• Project Officers

The organisational structure allows efficient coordination at the different levels:

• Project level, which is handled by the Project Steering Board for strategic matters, and the Project Coordinator and the Project Officers - for operational matters.
• Work package level, which is handled by the Work Package Leaders.
