Project Management

The structure of Project management is given below:

The project is managed by a Project Coordinator . His main functions comprise :

  • responsibility for the operational and technical project management
  • responsibility for completing the guidance of the Steering Group
  • ensuring the quality of the project and approving the final results
  • proposing decisions and discussion issues to the Steering Group
  • ensuring links to the European Commission and other parties in relation to the project

Main steering organ of the project is the Steering Group with tasks :

  • external approval and control of project quality and its impact , as well as for consultation support
  • support for synchronizing the project strategy with the European and the national legislation
  • a link of the project staff with the respective institutions – for assistance , consultancey and support for effective project implementation
  • initiate the establishment of an Association of RMC

For the operational activities of the project is responsible the Project team, including the Project coordinator and the Work Package leaders.
