ISA Consult for innovation, structural policy and employment is a consulting and research company located in Bochum (Germany) that is active on the national and international level. Founded in 1991 the company is busy mainly for consultancy with public administrations, companies and trade unions.
Beate Herzog, Ph.D (18.03.1961), is dealing since 1985 particularly with labour law. In his PhD he has dealt with the legal aspects of mobbing (bullying at work). Since 01.02.2001 he is the Managing Director of ISA Consult.
