You may fill in and send this electronic form in order to accelerate your registration, the communication with us, and to receive application materials by e-mail or by regular mail

Notes: 

  1. For paper based application form, please DOWNLOAD, fill in, and print the form
  2. Please be aware that after submitting the application form, you also have to send us by registared mail  (or by fax):
    • (in case of paper based submission of the form) filed in application form
    • a certified copy of a diploma that proves the required entry level (minimal Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent)
    • a statement that comprehensively describes your motivation to participate (letter of maturation)
    • evidence that proves sufficient fluency in the English language (for non-English mother tongue applicants: minimum score of 550 on paper-based TOEFL test)
    • indication that mathematics and statistics have been mastered at the level of a Bachelor's degree in social sciences 
    • letters of recommendation from two references
